CANCELLATION POLICY
At Casandra R. Studio, we value your time and strive to provide exceptional service. To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: • We kindly request that you provide at least 48-24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 30% of the service cost. • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
